Holiday Accommodation - Is there Private Parking?
A large public car park at the end of Purbeck road (3 mins walk) with semi-secure overnight parking.
Party Houses -Do you allow Hen Parties?
Yes, we allow well-behaved hen parties, but we require a deposit. The property can be used respectfully as a party house, but we have neighbours and no music after 10 pm. So please check with us before you book to avoid disappointing your friends and family.

The Beach Bouse is perfectly setup as self catering group accommodation, but Continental Breakfast can be provided for your large group, please enquire.

The House is a short walk from the hustle and bustle of restaurants, bars, and the Bournemouth Conference Centre and Bournemouth International Centre.
Sea
The sea (and Bournemouth's sandy beaches!) are at the end of the road - 300m.
Swim, surf, build castles, BBQ, or sunbathe on your family holiday.

Wi-fi is free and freely available throughout the holiday accommodation.
Daily Housekeeping
At your convenience, all our holiday houses can be cleaned daily - please ask for a price. There is a washing machine available for you to use.

Our Bournemouth holiday home is only a short walk to the beach. Many of Bournemouth's famous expanses are dog-friendly beaches. The sandy Chines are a 12mins walk and are picturesque with lifeguards, pubs, ice cream parlours & a pirate-themed playground.

West Cliff Beach is only 3 minutes away, and East Cliff Beach is also within walking distance - only a 15mins walk.
